You can find some of the most frequently asked questions about Yazd Dad Hotel services here. These answers are very general and only for guidance before you call or visit the hotel.
Our experts always be here to answer your questions. Also, if you need more advices or guidance that you don’t see the answer to, among these questions on this page, you can contact us through the communication paths that appear on the contact information page. The hotel’s trained team tries to answer all of your questions and uncertainties in the shortest time and accompany you to address your concerns as best as possible.
Check-in is between 2pm to 4pm and check-out is 12pm. Please note that if guests arrive earlier than the due time for checking-in, the hotel has no obligations towards it.
As with previous agreements with the hotel, if guests check-out before 6pm, they are charged only with 50% of a one night payment, and if the check-out time is after 6pm, they are charged with the full-price.
Hotel’s cancelation rule is dependent on traveling seasons. You can seek the cancelation rules on hotel’s reservation page.
In case of not using any extra beddings, Children under age of 7 can stay with their guardians free of charge.
Hotel Has a limited number of extra bedding service in form of folding beds and sofa beds, and in the absence of these two items, the additional bedding is as floor-bedding set. it should be noted that Hotel has no obligations to provide which one to the guests.
Our first priority is the satisfaction of our guests and Hotel will do its best to grant all the wishes of the guests, but because of the limited number of garden-view rooms in our busy days, Hotel can’t make any promises to provide the rooms as guests request, anyways all rooms have windows and quality of the rooms are the same.
The breakfast buffest is open from 7am to 10am.

Men: sun tuethu 9am- 8:30pm
Fri: women 9am- 2:30 pm / Men 3pm- 8:30pm
Yes, visiting the Hotel and using the facilities is free for public at every hour of the day.
Hotel has a limited capacity parking space. It should be noted that during the busy days, Hotel has no obligations towards having enough capacity for all the guests’ cars.
